We come from 45 years of making magic in the RESTaurant industry. We’ve been taking venerable old restaurants with good bones and turning them into modern, smash-success eateries for four and a half decades.

It’s been fun and exciting running those restaurants, and now we’ve narrowed our collection down to just a few, so we can focus on the REST.

The REST is REAL. And the REST of our careers is in REAL Estate.

(With a little bit of restauranting. It’s kind of like being a US Marine. Once a Marine, always a Marine.) We started buying, renovating, and managing NON-restaurant properties back in 2004, and we keep a wisely steady,

forward momentum, with projects well-spaced in the pipeline. We provide 4 kinds of extraordinary real estate services, in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. We manage our own collection of rental homes,

offices, and other spaces, and we can manage yours too, from soup to nuts. We screen, secure, and service tenants, handle leases and rent payments, and keep everything in top-shelf condition. We excel at property rejuvenation.

Whether it’s a simple or complex repair, a full-scale remodel, or anything in between, our designers and contractors are at your service with enthusiasm, expertise, and efficiency. We love to build a dream.
